We just bought our first home and could not have asked for better assistance from Jason. He not only took the time to explain everything to us, he checked in with us to make sure we were doing ok and that we did not have any further questions. This process has been a new experience and not knowing anything about buying a home didn’t matter, because Jason took the time to explain every detail. As someone who works shifts and rotates days and nightshifts Jason was available whenever I needed, morning or evening, without fail. Anytime I had a question I could pick up the phone and call him directly without having to go through someone and leave a message.

We contacted Jason, got him all documentation, and within a couple of days he had secured approval from the under writers, and went through the programs available very thoroughly- really connected to what we wanted to do financially now and with thought down the road!!! We closed- from start to finish-in less than 2 weeks!!! We are a professional, self employed couple that really appreciated Jason’s overall outstanding Knowledge of the mortgage process and how to connect that with our situation and needs!!

He took all of my information over the phone that night and had my loan packet on an underwriters desk the following Monday. With the online lender, this process took more than 3 weeks. Jason got me my final approval in less time. Not only did he make a stressful, time sensitive situation so easy for me, he communicated openly throughout the process and made sure i understood everything along the way. At the end of the day, Jason saved me .6% on my interest rate and over $100 a month on my mortgage payment versus the other lender. Jason truly cares about his clients, and it really shows in how he runs his business.
